Just wanted to show a little love for a fellow skillshare: the Boston Skillshare is an annual weekend event organized by the volunteer Boston Skillshare Organizing Collective. Similar to Sexy Spring, they believe everyone has something to teach and share. Their topics are wide ranging and it looks like fun! If any Sexy Spring peeps will be in the Boston area in April, maybe you should check it out.

Sexy Spring cannot happen without you! We need proposals for skillshares for this year’s event. Check out the work shop page. There you’ll find forms for proposals that you can email to us at info_at_sexyspring_dot_org or snail mail to us at the address on the form. We will be posting results of a survey asking about topics people want to see at Sexy Spring this year if you want ideas!

Proposals are welcome until May 15th. We need a few weeks to get the schedule together and publicize it before the event.

If you want to keep tabs on what the Sexy Spring Planners are talking about, check out our new Google Group - http://groups.google.com/group/sexyspringplanners. Anyone can feel free to join; it won’t obligate you to do any planning. Most of the discussion will be nitty gritty details of the planning process that we didn’t want to spam the whole list with.

It’s about that time again! The wheels are slowly starting to grind on planning the 6th Sexy Spring, but we need your help! Join the mailing list to keep up to date on meetings or check out the Google calendar in our sidebar. Always feel free to email us with ideas, questions and other what have yous. We hope to have yet another successful Sexy Spring this June!

We hope everyone had a great time at Sexy Spring V! We want to know what you thought so we came up with an online evaluation form. Your feedback is important to us and helps the collective to make each Sexy Spring a little bit better. Please let us know your thoughts!

Sexy Spring V was awesome! Ford Hall turned out to be a great venue for us and many people said it was a better fit than Blegen. Yay for happy accidents. We had a lot of great workshops presented by a lot of super rad people. Everything went smoothly for the most part and it seemed like everyone had a pretty good time. In our round table discussion after workshops were done yesterday, we planners got a lot of good feedback about what people enjoyed and what could be improved/changed/added/removed/&c.

Thank you all for coming and being a part of this year’s Sexy Spring! Thanks to my fellow planners for all their awesomeness and to everyone that gave us a hand in making Sexy Spring happen.
